The Stronghold
Stronghold
The heart of your empire. Upgrading the Stronghold allows you to build and upgrade other buildings and clears more space for your base.
Utility & Training
Forge
The Forge is where you craft battle items like healing potions and arrows using Iron and various materials found in stages.
Training Camp
The Training Camp is where you train new heroes using recruits and food.
Watchtower
The Watchtower produces food and iron while you are away and allows you to participate in Raids against other players.
Barracks
The Barracks is where you upgrade your troops to make your heroes even more powerful.

Mine
Mines produce Iron, which is essential for building and upgrading your base, as well as crafting items in the Forge.

Farms produce Food, which is used for training heroes, leveling them up, and researching new items.
Advanced Farm
An improved version of the Farm that produces significantly more Food.

An improved version of the House that also produces recruits over time.

Iron Storages allow you to keep more Iron in your inventory for large construction projects.

Empires & Puzzles has over 18 buildings across four categories: Production (Mines, Farms, Advanced Mines, Advanced Farms, Watchtower), Storage (Iron Storage, Food Storage, Houses, and their Advanced versions), Utility & Training (Training Camp, Forge, Barracks, Hero Academy, Alchemy Lab, Hunter's Lodge), and the Stronghold which serves as the hub unlocking everything else.
What should I upgrade first in Empires and Puzzles?
Always prioritize the Stronghold — it unlocks every other building and raises their level cap. Then keep your Iron and Food Storages high enough for the next Stronghold upgrade. After that, rush at least one Training Camp to level 20 for legendary hero training.

What are advanced buildings in Empires and Puzzles?
Advanced buildings are upgraded versions of basic structures. You convert a basic building once it reaches a certain level: Advanced Mines produce more Iron, Advanced Farms produce more Food, and Advanced Storages hold significantly more resources. Advanced Houses also passively generate Recruits over time.
