What is the max Stronghold level in E&P?
The Stronghold can reach level 25. At level 21+, you can convert buildings into advanced structures like Hero Academy, Alchemy Lab, and Hunter's Lodge.
Should I always upgrade the Stronghold first?
Yes. It gates everything. Keep your Iron and Food Storages high enough to afford the next Stronghold upgrade, then start it immediately.
