Raging Tempest is a strictly better version of her original skill.

The increase to 280% damage combined with her much higher attack stat means she actually hurts now. The defense down bump to -30% pushes her closer to dedicated defense droppers like Morel or Frigg. The Priority Dispel remains her crown jewel—stripping Taunt (like Phorcys or Ludwig) before hitting and applying defense down is a mechanic that never goes out of style.
