Special Skill
Vengeance of Owlhalla
- Attacks the target and nearby enemies with Moonrise Strike, dealing up to 1620 damage. Deals 40% more damage if the target of the Holy element. This Special Skill Never misses its targets
- Summon Owlkyrie Minion for the caster and nearby allies. The minion inherits 25% HP and 45% attack from the caster.
- If the Owlkyrie Minion is defeated, Full Removal is cast on the attacker (Full Removal removes all status effects, stack, Growth and Wither effects. Removes even status effects and stacks that are otherwise undispellable or uncleansable.).
- After the Full Removal is cast, the attacker shifts into Owlhalla Ghost form for 3 turns.
- While in Owlhalla the target receives 360 damage each turn. (While in Ghost form, Character can't gain mana and can't be healed by Special Skills, but is immune to normal attack, Special Skill attacks, damage dealing passives, status effects and stacks. Immune to new Growth and Wither effects. Can't be cast if there is only one enemy left in the battle.)

How it works
By default, Pertinax has Average mana speed, requiring 10 tiles to charge. Equipping troops with a Mana Bonus can reach specific Breakpoints — the exact percentages where your tile count drops — allowing your hero to fire their special skill faster, with less tiles. Additionally, as a Paladin, this hero can unlock a +2% Mana Bonus through Emblems (Talent Tree). These bonuses can significantly lower the troop level required to reach these breakpoints.
