1st:

* The target automatically casts Shifting Mindless Attack on a random ally when mana is full at the start of a turn during 3 turns. When this effect is triggered, it shifts to the hit ally and the duration is refreshed.
* The target and nearby enemies get -50% decrease for any healing received for 3 turns.
2nd:
* Deals 430% damage to the target and nearby enemies.
* The target automatically casts Shifting Mindless Attack on a random ally when mana is full at the start of a turn during 4 turns. When this effect is triggered, it shifts to the hit ally and the duration is refreshed.
* The target and nearby enemies get -75% decrease for any healing received for 4 turns.
